
To connect your account to Xero, your personal information needs to match up. Having problems connecting your account to Xero? You’ll need to input those manually – or, if you were already using Xero, just keep inputting your transactions as normal until your feeds start up. Transactions from before you had a feed in place won’t be sent to Xero. Once we have all the relevant information, it takes 2 working days to activate a direct bank feed.
